CTA is committed to creating equity in all facets of tap dance, whether professional, student, or audience member. We live this value by providing scholarships to our workshops and free and reduced tickets to our performances for anyone who wants to experience the joy and history of tap dance but is unable to financially afford programming. Additionally, pay transparency and equity is of utmost importance to us; we provide opportunities to pay Chicago tap dance artists for their work and expertise as faculty in our workshops and performers in our productions.
